Here's a ubiquity command that lets you make an image to something really quickly.

Type: image tina fey and you can add her image in one click

it is also smart enough to handle queries like 'bill clinton's daughter', if you can't remember her name...or 'capital of saudi arabia'

you don't need to copy and paste it either. just click on the link that you want to use and it inserts it into where you were typing.
